I chose Excellcare because of the friendly person on the other end of the phone when I called in August, 2019. The entire staff treats you as a person, not a number. You receive not only professional care but one on one individual care. I went in having pain walking and getting up from a sitting position. I now walk, get out of my chair and can run some without pain. I came in as a patient and left the same day feeling as though I had known the staff for weeks. The staff is never to busy to answer all your questions. I would recommend Excellcare to anyone that needs physical therapy. Staff, you get all A’s from me!!
